How to Refer a Patient
We accept referrals by phone, fax, or email. For routine consultations, a phone call or written referral is all we need. For complex cases, we appreciate relevant imaging and clinical notes ahead of the visit.

From routine extractions to complex reconstructive procedures, we provide specialist care that complements your practice.
Implant Case Models
We work in any of the standard collaborative models for implant dentistry. We discuss your preferred approach up front and stick to it.
We perform the surgery and place the implants; you complete the prosthetic restoration in your office.
We place the implants and deliver immediate provisionals; you take over for final restoration.
We handle surgery and restoration in-office when the referring dentist specifically requests a turn key solution for the patient.
Continuing Education & Study Clubs
Dr. Colgan has lectured nationally on advanced surgical procedures and has sponsored advanced education residencies for over 14 consecutive years.
He is available to speak at study clubs or local CE events on topics including implant treatment planning, full arch restoration, bone regeneration, and surgical efficiency.
