The reason so many of our patients describe their surgery as far easier than they expected. We offer multiple levels of sedation, from minimal anxiety relief to deep twilight sedation, all administered in-office by Dr. Colgan with full medical monitoring.

In-office cone beam CT imaging gives Dr. Colgan a precise 3D view of your jawbone, sinuses, nerves, and teeth before surgery. The result is more accurate diagnosis, safer surgery, and better outcomes, especially for dental implants, impacted teeth, and jaw surgery.

PRP is a regenerative biologic prepared from a small sample of your own blood. When applied to surgical sites, it can accelerate healing and improve bone and soft tissue outcomes.

BMP is a powerful growth factor used in select bone grafting cases where rapid and predictable bone formation is needed. Dr. Colgan uses BMP selectively when the clinical scenario warrants it.
